Shipping, Returns, & Order Cancelation

ORDER CANCELATION

  • There will be a 20% order cancelation fee on all orders. Custom orders that have been started will have a higher percentage. This fee will be deducted from any refund amount due. 
  • Finished custom items will have no refund issued. The item will still be shipped regardless.
  • You can cancel your order at any time. Unless the item has been completed or has already shippedshipped. At that point it will be classified as a return. See return section below.
  • No refund will be given on finished custom item(s) 

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

  • We strive to ship your items as fast as possible. Due to the custom nature of most items. It does take time to complete the item. Most items have an expected lead time/expected time to ship shown. That time frame is not a guarantee and is the time frame for the items to leave our shop. Not the timeframe for an item to be delivered to you.
  • Items that do not have customization, engraving, or leather patches will ship faster!!
  • Your order will ship either by USPS or UPS in the manner chosen during checkout. 
  • Paying for a faster shipping method does not get an item made faster. We do not offer a rush service to get an item made faster. Items will still take the time shown to be made and will leave our shop within the estimated window shown on the item. Faster shipping speeds are out of our control and not guaranteed. We can only send them in the manner chosen by you. Everything else depends on the shipping carrier.
  • While we do our best to complete an order within the window shown. Orders of multiple items may take longer than shown. If it will be significantly longer, we will contact you. 

 

RETURN and REFUND POLICY

  •  CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
  •  Custom items are not returnable, nor eligible for item exchange. No refund will be issued. This Includes but not limited to the Custom Fire Department Hats, Fire Shield Hat, and all Helmet shields, as well as any item requiring input from you. Input form you is described as text input by you, thread color choice, and/or files provided by you for the item. If there is an issue with the item when it arrives contact us.
  • Finished custom items will have no refund issued. The item will still be shipped regardless.

 

  • Returns
    • You have 10 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered to contact us about a return or error with the order. 
    • Errors on your part will not be replaced, refunded, or remade.
    • Errors on our part you have 10 callender days from the order marked as delivered to contact us. 
    • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your items must be in the original packaging.
    • Your items needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • A restocking fee will apply for all hats returned. 

 

  • Refunds
    • Once we have received your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
    • Finished custom items will have no refund issued. The item will still be shipped regardless.

Shipping your return

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. This will not be reimbursed.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
