  • All order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from any refund amount due.
  • Custom orders that have already been started will incur a higher cancellation fee, based on progress.
  • Finished custom items are non-refundable and will be shipped regardless of cancellation.
  • You can cancel your order at any time unless the item has already been completed or shipped. At that point, it will be treated as a return. (See Return Policy below.)

πŸ“¦ SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

  • We strive to ship orders as quickly as possibleβ€”but due to the custom nature of most items, lead times vary.
  • Most product pages include an estimated time to ship. This is the window for the item to leave our shopβ€”not for delivery to your door.
  • Items that do not require customization, engraving, or leather patches will ship faster.
  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS, based on the method you select at checkout.
  • Paying for faster shipping does not speed up production. We do not offer rush production services.
  • Shipping speeds are not guaranteed and are out of our control once the order leaves our hands.
  • For multi-item orders or bulk purchases, production times may increase. If a delay is significant, we’ll contact you directly.

πŸ” RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🚫 CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

Custom items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom Fire Department Hats
  • Fire Shield Hats
  • Helmet Shields
  • Any item that involves your input (e.g., text entry, thread color choice, uploaded designs)

Finished custom items will be shipped and are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your item upon arrival, contact us immediately.


βœ… RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY)

  • You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to contact us about a return or an issue with your order.
  • Customer errors (e.g., spelling, incorrect uploads) will not be refunded, replaced, or remade.
  • Our errors must be reported within 10 calendar days to be eligible for resolution.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
  • A restocking fee applies to all returned hats.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or bank.
  • Custom items are not eligible for refunds. If canceled or returned, they will still be shipped.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This will not be reimbursed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
