Order Status
Most orders ship within the listed timeframes on each
product page. If you have forgotten this. Look at the order in your account.
That timeframe should be shown in the item’s details.
Unless we have reached out to you. Your order will ship
within that timeframe.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Can I order the same design again?
If you saved the design while customizing. You can find, load, and reorder the same exact design or make edits. Just start the customization and click on "My Saved
Designs"
If you did not save it. You are welcome to reach out. But be aware we do not save designs for very long.
Do you make Shopify websites or help with branding?
Yes, we offer Shopify website creation, redesign, or a simple audit. If you need a full brand setup. We have also partnered with The KANSO Creative for that. They also offer other website hosting solutions.

Need to order more Hats than we have instock?
We do offer special orders for hats.
- If ordering 24+ hats, there is no additional charge for this.
- If ordering less than 24 hats, there is a $30.00 special order charge.
To speed up the process. Complete the customization on the site like you want it. Prior to adding to cart. You can download/screenshot the design and email that to us in the form below. We will also need to know what hat style/color you are wanting, and the total quantity.
