Prior experience with leatherwork, painting, embroidery, production, or ecommerce fulfillment is helpful, but not required. We care more about attention to detail, willingness to learn, reliability, and how you approach the work in front of you.

All work takes place on site at our Newton, North Carolina shop. This is not a remote role. Hours are generally daytime, around a standard 9 to 5 schedule, with some flexibility depending on workload, role, and business needs.
