If you want to use one of our standard custom hat designs, start on that product page and build your design with the live preview before submitting the form below.

Go to the product page Choose the existing hat design that is closest to what you want for the order.
Pick a placeholder if needed If the hat style is out of stock, choose a placeholder. For bulk and special orders, we are not limited to what is currently on hand.
Build one design preview Use the live preview to set up the main patch, layout, wording, leather color, and hat style as close as possible.
Download or screenshot it Attach the design image to the form below so we can quote faster and keep the full order accurate.
No need to build every name. If the design is staying the same and only the name changes, build one preview and send a clean list of names with the form.

Can we order a Richardson hat style that is not currently listed?
Yes. For bulk hat orders, we can often special order Richardson styles that are not currently showing as in stock on the website.
Can every hat have a different name?
Yes. You do not need to build each name in the live preview. Build the main design once, then send a clean list of names, ranks, numbers, or personalization details with the form.
Do we need finished artwork before submitting?
No. Finished artwork helps, but existing logos, screenshots, rough layouts, and reference images are enough to start. Full logo design is not included through this form, but we can make practical edits and cleanup for production, additional charges my apply for this.
Is this only for fire departments?
No. We build bulk custom hats for fire departments, businesses, teams, events, organizations, and other group orders.
