Using One of Our Current Hat Designs?
If an existing Little River Customs hat design already gives you the patch and layout you need, use that design as the starting point for the group order.
- Choose the existing LRC hat design that matches the order.
- Create one representative customization or screenshot when helpful.
- Send a clean list of names, ranks, numbers, or other approved personalization.
- Include the preferred Richardson hat style and color for the group.
- We will confirm current availability and pricing before the order is finalized.
You do not need to build every name separately. If the patch layout stays the same and only approved personalization changes, one representative example plus a clean list is enough for review.

Need a Different Hat, Patch, or Layout?
Use the quote form below when the group order does not fit one of the existing LRC hat products. Explain what is different and provide the information needed to review the request.

- Estimated quantity
- Requested Richardson hat style and color
- Patch shape, wording, placement, and personalization details
- Finished authorized logo, emblem, or artwork when custom artwork is part of the request
- Any reference image needed to explain placement or an existing approved design

Bulk Order or Wholesale?
This 24+ process is for a direct group order being purchased for a department, business, team, event, or organization. Businesses purchasing hats for resale should use the separate Wholesale program, which has its own minimums and requirements.
Can we request a Richardson hat style that is not currently listed?
Possibly. For a 24+ group order, include the Richardson style and color you want. We will confirm current availability before the order is finalized.
Can every hat have a different name or rank?
Yes, when the main design stays the same. Send one representative design plus a clean list of the approved names, ranks, numbers, or other personalization for the order.
Do we need finished artwork?
If the order uses a custom logo, emblem, or other artwork, provide finished or substantially complete authorized artwork. Little River Customs does not create new logos or brand identities from scratch.
Is this the same as the Wholesale program?
No. This page is for direct group orders starting at 24 hats. The Wholesale program is a separate resale program with its own minimums and ordering requirements.
