What you will need

  • A Shopify store (Basic plan or higher)
  • A Shopify Collective account (free to activate)
  • Your design files if requesting a custom setup (.AI or .EPS preferred)

If your files aren’t in the right format, we can help get them converted.

What items we offer

For right now we are only offering this service for the Richardson hats with leather patch.

  • Hat style and color are limited to what we keep on hand
  • This is all to keep turnaorund fast
  • More items will come in the future

How will shipping work

After a sale is made on your site. The order will come to us. We will make and ship the item direct to your customer.

  • There will be no branding of ours in the shipment. (Other than the return address)
  • If you want something like your logo sticker included. We can work out a solution for this. This will likely come with additional cost.

What designs are available.

You will get access to most of the leather patch design we offer. This is growing all the time.

We can also work with you to set up design with your logo or a design you want to sell.

Can I offer different hat styles

We offer a number of hat style and colors from Richardson. Our goal is the get the hat shipped as fast as possible. So for the Shopify Collective. We are limiting this to hats we keep on hand.

Traditional wholesale is a better solution if you want different hats.

How long does it take to ship to our customer

Our goal is to ship the hat between 3 and 5 business days. But it is not unheard of for a hat to ship on the same day its ordered.

How does the money work

Shopify has made this a safe a secure system. All money is handled through Shopify.

After an order is placed the money is basically held by Shopify. After we ship the item. The money is released from Shopify. Your profit is added to your next payout.

How much will you make

Our standard margin is 20%. Meaning you will make around $5-$6 per hat.
