Shopify Collective Leather Patch Hats for Retailers
Eligible Shopify retailers can add selected Little River Customs Richardson leather patch hats to their store through Shopify Collective. When an eligible order is placed, Little River Customs receives the supplier order, produces the hat, and ships it directly to the customer according to the current Collective program details.
Collective access is limited to the Richardson hat styles, colors, leather patch designs, and options included in the current LRC retailer program.
If a retailer-branded setup is approved, provide finished logo or artwork you are authorized to use. Little River Customs is not a graphic design service.
Eligible Collective supplier orders are produced and shipped directly to the customer by Little River Customs, with fulfillment details syncing back through Shopify.
Shopify Collective is separate from wholesale
This program is for eligible Shopify retailers selling selected LRC products without stocking those products themselves. If you need a broader range of hat styles, larger quantities, or inventory for resale, use the separate Wholesale program instead.
How the program works
Your store must meet Shopify Collective requirements and be a fit for the LRC retailer program.
Approved retailers connect with LRC and import selected products shared through Shopify Collective.
The customer buys through the retailer’s Shopify store and the eligible supplier order is sent to LRC through Shopify.
Little River Customs produces and ships the item directly to the customer. Fulfillment and tracking details sync back to the retailer store.

What does my Shopify store need?
Your store must meet Shopify Collective’s current eligibility requirements, including an active eligible Shopify plan and the required Shopify Payments setup. Eligibility can also depend on supported country and currency requirements. Shopify’s current Collective requirements control access to the program.
What items does Little River Customs offer through Collective?
This LRC program currently focuses on selected Richardson hats with leather patches. Available hat styles, colors, designs, and options are limited to what Little River Customs includes in the current Collective program.
How does customer fulfillment work?
When an eligible Collective order reaches Little River Customs, LRC fulfills and ships the supplier item directly to the customer. Shopify syncs fulfillment details back to the retailer store. Little River Customs branding is not included in the shipment other than the return address unless a different arrangement is confirmed.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Retailer-branded setups may be available. If approved, provide finished logo or artwork you are authorized to use. Little River Customs is not a graphic design service and does not create a new brand identity or logo from scratch.
Can I offer different hat styles?
Collective options are limited to the Richardson styles and colors included in the current LRC program. If you need broader style choices or inventory for resale, the separate Wholesale program is usually the better path.
How long does fulfillment take?
Little River Customs currently targets a 3 to 5 business day processing window for eligible Collective hat orders. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and timing can vary with order details, stock, and production conditions.
How are Shopify Collective payments handled?
Payment handling follows Shopify Collective and the settings used by the connected retailer and supplier stores. When Collective automatic payments are enabled and eligible, Shopify handles the supplier payment flow through Shopify Payments. If automatic payments are not enabled, payment terms must be handled separately between the connected stores.
What retailer margin should I expect?
The current retailer cost and margin are shown in the LRC Collective connection or price list. Actual profit depends on product cost, retail price, shipping, and other order costs, so do not rely on a fixed dollar amount per hat.
