Full Custom Firefighter Helmet Shield
The Full Custom Firefighter Helmet Shield is the request path for shield ideas that do not fit one of the standard Little River Customs designs or available customization options.
Use Full Custom when the layout, arrangement, wording structure, emblem placement, scramble, commemorative detail, supplied artwork, or another part of the request falls outside the existing shield lineup and needs individual review.
Choose Full Custom when you cannot build what you need through one of the established helmet shield products. The reason does not have to be artwork. It can be any nonstandard request that requires a different layout, arrangement, or combination of details than the current designs allow.
If an existing shield product already provides the structure you need, order through that product instead. Routine changes such as names, numbers, ranks, colors, and other available options should stay with the standard design that already supports them.
If the request uses a department logo, emblem, patch design, illustration, or other artwork, provide the clearest finished or substantially complete authorized artwork available. You must have permission to use any submitted logo, emblem, or design.
Reference images can help explain placement or context, but Little River Customs is not a graphic design service and does not create new department logos or brand identities from scratch.
Use the request form on this page to explain what you need and include the details that make the request different from the standard lineup. Add wording, placement notes, color information, reference images, or artwork when they are relevant to the project.
Each Full Custom request is reviewed individually. LRC will confirm whether the requested shield can be produced, along with applicable pricing and estimated timing, before the project moves forward.
Review spelling, capitalization, colors, supplied artwork, and layout details carefully during the approval process. Gallery examples show the range of previous work but do not guarantee that every request can be reproduced exactly or that one project establishes the price of another.
