Terms of Service

By shopping with us, you agree to play by the house rules. Full payment up front, no funny business, and respect the fact that most items are custom-built for you.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

We ship orders as quickly as possible. Most custom items list their lead time right on the product page. Non-custom orders usually ship in 3-4 days, while bulk or special orders may take longer. If you need to return something, it has to be unused and in original condition. Custom builds and personalized items are final sale. Cancellations are only accepted before we start production.

Privacy Policy

We keep your information safe. It’s only used to process orders, ship products, and contact you if you’ve opted in. We don’t sell or share your data — period.
