My department already has a collection. Should I use this form?
No. Start with the Department Directory and open your existing department collection. The request form is primarily for departments that are not yet listed or for discussing a new department specific addition.
What happens when a new department is added?
The goal is a dedicated department collection that becomes the department's storefront hub. That collection can hold the department specific products currently available and provides a consistent place for future reorders.
What products can I ask about?
You can describe the department specific hats, shirts or apparel, helmet shields, or other products your crew is interested in. Availability and product options depend on the actual product involved.
What should I send with the request?
Include the department, station, company, unit, or organization name, finished logo or artwork files you are authorized to use, the products you need, and any relevant approved wording, colors, company, rank, number, apparatus, or placement details.
Does Little River Customs create a new department logo or design?
No. Little River Customs is not a graphic design service. Please submit finished artwork you are authorized to use. We can use that supplied artwork to review and set up department specific products and collections.
Where will members find products after the setup is complete?
Department specific products are organized under that department's collection, which is linked from the Fire Department Collections Directory.
