Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint 4 oz

Paint firefighter leather helmet shields, lettering, borders, and custom leather projects with Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint. The water based acrylic formula is made to flex with properly prepared leather and can also be used on leather bags, shoes, and accessories.

Choose Your Color

Black, Blue, Light Blue, Chili Red, Dark Grey, Grey, White, Yellow, Green, Amazon Green (Neon Green), and Orange.

Select your color using the color selector. Green and Amazon Green are different shades; Amazon Green is the neon option. Dark Grey and Grey are also separate shades. Colors can appear different on screen, so test your paint on matching scrap leather before starting your finished piece.

Prep and Paint

1. Start with clean, dry leather. Remove any existing factory finish with an appropriate leather preparer, following its directions.
2. Shake the bottle well and apply thin, even coats. Allow 15 to 30 minutes between coats.
3. Let the paint dry for at least 24 hours before using or flexing the painted item.

For Amazon Green (Neon Green): Start with one or two base coats of a standard Angelus paint in a similar green shade, then apply thin coats of neon paint until you reach the coverage you want.

For fabric, plastic, or other surfaces, follow Angelus instructions for the required preparation and additives. Brushes, preparation products, additives, and finishers are sold separately.
