Great work
The High Roller Firefighter Helmet Shield is the premium ornate design for buyers who want layered leatherwork, fine scroll details, and a prominent center identifier. Its layout uses multiple text areas and decorative accents to create a formal, high-detail helmet front with a distinct role in the Little River Customs lineup.
The gallery shows a shaped perimeter, contrasting border lines, fine scrollwork, raised center treatment, and separate zones for department, company, rank, name, or another short identifier. Use the live preview to enter the wording and review the balance of the complete design before ordering.
High Roller is handmade from leather and built around dimensional construction rather than a flat printed treatment. Color choices can change the contrast between lettering, borders, center artwork, and scroll accents, so inspect the preview carefully after every selection.
Select the Standard style for the signature raised identifier shown in the core layout. Choose Bugles center when officer-rank insignia should occupy the central artwork area. The surrounding High Roller structure remains the defining feature in both styles.
Choose from six height-and-width combinations after measuring the helmet’s shield holder. The shield ships unpunched so mounting holes can be positioned for the customer’s hardware.
Choose High Roller when layered construction, a raised center, and optional bugles are the priorities. For an ornate double-beveled layout with selectable clipart, scrollwork, and texture placement, compare the Backdraft Fire Helmet Front.
Confirm spelling, capitalization, colors, style, and size in the live preview before completing the personalized order.
Choose height first. Measure from the brim where the shield’s bottom sits to the top notch where the shield seats in the holder, not the top of the eagle or ornament. Choose the closest available height at or slightly below that measurement. Round down slightly between sizes.
Example: 6.3″ of available height → a 6.25″-tall shield. A 6.5″-tall shield is too tall.
Then make a quick width check. Width usually falls in line once height is chosen. Measure outside-to-outside across the mounting studs or screws and add ¾–1″ total for the minimum recommended shield width. Add this once, not to each side. You can choose a wider look.
Phenix TL-2: Usually needs 6.25″ or 6.5″ of width. Choose the correct height first.
Sizes are listed height × width. Check this design’s available options. See our fire helmet shield measuring guide for photos and the helmet reference chart.
We do not punch mounting holes. Use our shield mounting guide to position and punch them for your helmet’s hardware.
These options are not offered on every shield. When available on a design, the explanations below show what each option changes in the finished shield.
Mounting your fire helmet shield is simple when you line it up correctly and drill or punch the holes the right way. Start by matching the shield to your helmet’s holder, check alignment, and mark your hole positions before drilling or punching. Once the hardware is secured, tighten everything evenly and break it in so it sits clean and square.
